Golf Around Tour is the first Italian PRO-AM circuit dedicated to Solidarity value.
Born in 2011 with the idea that golf can represent an excellent fundraising tool for charitable associations, Golf Around Tour has always supported authoritative organizations, among which we can mention: World Food Program, Action Aid, Pane Quotidiano, Apeiron and Cesvi Foundation. “PASTO SOSPESO” INITIATIVE
In collaboration with the Parish of SS. Pietro and Paolo of Sacconago and the Charitable Association of San Vincenzo of Busto Arsizio, we joined the ‘Suspended Meal’ initiative by donating a meal to those who are in need. Inspired by the “suspended coffee” of Naples, the idea is to leave “pending” meals or a small offer which, together with others, were concretely transformed into meals for those who needed it. The dishes, cooked by the Cooperative and delivered to San Vincenzo, carried the donors’ messages on the packaging, as a sign of closeness to the community and encouragement to imagine a better time together.
